Fees and Registration

Square the Circle Co-op is primarily a parent and family supported ministry. Financial contributions by our members are intended to keep the Co-op operating. All fees have been considered prayerfully and carefully. Square the Circle Co-op intends to keep fees at a minimum and all fees are necessary in making Square the Circle Co-op successful. Membership dues to participate in Square the Circle Co-op are paid per semester per family. Price for each semester is determined by the needs and budget for each semester.

• Family Registration Fee: $35-55 per family per semester.
• Student Supply Fee: $10 per semester for each child 5 years and older ($40 Family Max).
• Class Fees: Some classes will have an additional fee. See class description for details.
• Summer Session Flat Fee: $25 (no other fees)
• One time background check fee: Included in registration

All fees, including any extra class supply fees, must be paid IN FULL when you are notified that your registration has been accepted. Students cannot begin Co-op until all dues are paid.

NCC has established an account to receive all Co-op fees. Members have the ability to pay via the church’s online registration form and/or checks made out to New Covenant Church will also be accepted. Please include in your memo line “Square the Circle fees.”

Provisions for those who are experiencing financial difficulties have been established. You may make payment arrangements. If you need to set up payment arrangements, you must contact us at ncchomeschoolgroup@protonmail.com PRIOR to registering. Otherwise, your registration form WILL NOT be processed.
